Job Amupanda advice students not to pay back NSFAF loan

Dr. Job Amupanda, an AR president, has taken to social media to urge Namibian students who have received loans from the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) to refuse repayment until the Minister of Education, Kandji-Murangi, repays her alleged debts of close to 4 million Namibian dollars to the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN).

Dr. Amupanda's impassioned plea was shared on his Facebook page.

In a Facebook post that garnered widespread attention, Dr. Anupanda declared:

"Dear Namibians, no student must pay NSFAF LOAN until this Corrupt Minister pays back the millions she owes the Development Bank of Namibia. Next time she opens her mouth about Student Loans, remind her of the DBN Loan. She should set an example for students!"

Minister Kandji-Murangi has been the subject of controversy in recent months as allegations have arisen regarding her substantial debts to the Development Bank of Namibia. The reported debt, amounting to nearly 4 million Namibian dollars, has ignited public outrage and sparked a heated debate about transparency and accountability within the government.

Dr. Amupanda's call for a student loan to refuse to pay back the NSFAF loan until the Minister resolves her financial obligations can be a big problem for NSFAF.

This action is seen as a powerful demonstration of unity and a demand for fairness in the face of alleged financial improprieties within the government.

However, NSFAF has already have problems with students paying back loans, Job's advice will sure worsen the situation.
