A pensioner farmer was left in shocked after a water pump and an empty tank valued at N$48,010.58 were stolen over the weekend at Siko Village.
According to Deputy Commissioner Johannes Kudumo, the theft occurred between Saturday and Sunday at an unknown hour of the night. The stolen items include a water pump and an empty tank, both essential for a farmer.
"The suspect remains unknown at this stage, and investigations are ongoing," Kudumo said. He urged the public to be vigilant and to report anyone attempting to sell such items.
Community members are encouraged to cooperate with law enforcement by reporting suspicious activities or any information that could assist in apprehending the perpetrator.
