Cunha Brace Inspires Brazil to 3-0 Win Over Haiti at FIFA World Cup

Brazil delivered another commanding performance at the FIFA World Cup, defeating Haiti 3-0 thanks to a first-half brace from Matheus Cunha and a goal from Vinicius Junior.
The Seleção opened the scoring in the 23rd minute when Manchester United forward Matheus Cunha finished clinically to put Brazil ahead. The striker doubled the advantage 13 minutes later after being set up by Vinicius Junior, taking his tally to two goals in the tournament.
Brazil added a third goal in first-half stoppage time when Vinicius Junior converted a pass from Lucas Paquetá, giving the five-time world champions a comfortable 3-0 lead at the break.
Haiti made several changes after halftime in an attempt to get back into the contest, but Brazil’s defence remained solid. Coach Dorival Júnior also rotated his squad, introducing Gabriel Martinelli, Endrick, Danilo and Ederson as Brazil controlled the remainder of the match.
Vinicius Junior was named Player of the Match for the second time in the tournament. The Real Madrid star has now scored two goals in the competition and was once again influential, providing an assist for Cunha’s second goal before finding the net himself.

Despite Haiti’s efforts, Brazil maintained control throughout to secure a convincing victory, with Matheus Cunha’s brace and Vinicius Junior’s outstanding display proving decisive as the South Americans continued their impressive World Cup campaign.
