Activist Claims Threats from Deputy Prime Minister’s Son

Dee Nauyoma

In a recent social media post, activist Dimbulukeni Shipandeni Hafenih Nauyoma, known as Dee Nauyoma, alleged receiving threats to his life from Nande Ndaitwah, son of Deputy Prime Minister Netumbo Ndaitwah. The activist shared details of the threat, emphasizing the lack of immediate action from the police due to the suspect’s influential and political connections.
The post indicated that the threats followed an earlier accusation against the Deputy Prime Minister, claiming she was involved in a housing scam that affected a war veteran, Tate Moses “Mwadhinaanhu Kashima” Lisias.

“Good Morning Change Makers.
The threats to end my life were made by Nande Ndaitwah son Netumbo Ndaitwah and Denga Ndaitwah.
The Suspect is known case is opened and no Arrest had been made. The rich and political connect will always get away with the cases.
They on Friday and Saturday called the police chief to have me persuaded to not escalate the matter.
I Dimbulukeni Shipandeni Hafenih Nauyoma will proceed firmly with the case, I await the Arrest of Nande Ndaitwa from the Namibian Police.” Post state
The activist accused Netumbo Ndaitwah of being involved in fraudulent property exchanges, leading to potential eviction for the war veteran.
“With great sadness this morning I was called to Tate Moses “Mwadhinaanhu Kashima” Lisias a war veteran who was scammed his house by Netumbo Nandi Ndeitwa the Deputy Prime Minister and Vice President of SWAPO. It’s quite sad to think that people can be ruthless and heartless, Netumbo is an Inlaw to Tate Lisias.
He went in good faith to seek assistance to  settle his over due debts at City of Windhoek and little did he know he went to be scammed his house.
This house exchanged over 2 owners, between her (Netumbo’s) sister and her daughter and now belonging to Mr Amaambo.
How do we have leaders who ran away from court proceedings where they are required to testify and give evidence to assist the people.
Tate Lisias may sleep on the street this evening if this matter is not resolved and there is an eviction order against him as we speak.” Post state.
This incident follows Nauyoma’s previous arrest in March 2023 for attempting to organize a peaceful demonstration regarding the country’s high unemployment rates, alongside fellow activist Michael Amushelelo.
