Every businessman/woman wants to flood their inbox with daily customers’ messages, inquiring about products and orders. Since online business took the lead as the only best way to reach more clients since the outbreak of the pandemic (Covid19) online business competition intensely became higher and higher every day, many are missing out on their targeted goals.

In this article, I want to share with you how you can reach more clients or customers on social media without paying for advertising or recruiting a social media agency.

I hope you know that to dominate on social media you have to post regularly, but how do you post regularly on all your social media if you are alone, e.g Twitter, Facebook, Linked and Pinterest just to mention a few, all these social media accounts need your attention. It will take time, right?

Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are owned by one company, they are easily to link so that one post that is published on one platform will update on other platforms. E.g. Facebook to Instagram and vice-versa while WhatsApp status to Facebook status.

Facebook make it easy for their user by introducing Facebook business Suite. Facebook Business Suite make it easier for you to manage posts as you can schedule your posts, but this feature is only work with Instagram, what about if most of your clients come from Pinterest, Twitter, and other social media?

I run my business alone, and I have seen most of my social media accounts bring clients in a unique ways, so I need to update them all diary and regularly.

To do this, I have to use Social Media Manager. Social Media Manager helps me to publish one post to all my social media platforms just with one click. In this case, I manage to keep my Social Media updated and active at the same time.

There are various Social Media Manager platforms that can help you to manage your Social Media at once but if you are a beginner, Buffer will be the best Social Media Manager for you.

Buffer has a free plan that can allow you to connect at least three social media accounts. Despite the limit on scheduling posts at least you can keep your followers active and updated on all your social media platforms. If you want more scheduling and Analysis feature you can just upgrade your plan.

Buffer will allow you to schedule 10 posts for a free plan so that you will not glue yourself on social media the whole day for just posting, in this case, you be able to do other things while keeping updated on your social media. Remember that the more you post the more you are getting space on your follower’s social media feed, and it will also give you a chance to do other things like sharing your posts, reply comments and messages from your clients.

Here is an example of how scheduling post will look on Buffer. I schedule these posts to publish while I’m monitoring comments and messages for other posts that have already been published.
