How to treat hemorrhoids to get rid of them forever

How to get rid of the piles forever

It’s exhausting to endure the same pain repeatedly throughout one’s life. I’ve encountered numerous people who complain about and seek the best solutions to treat hemorrhoids for a lasting resolution.

I’ve previously shared a few articles on how to treat hemorrhoids, but this article aims to provide more comprehensive information on eliminating them permanently.

The key here lies in understanding what  hemorrhoids are – hemorrhoids is swollen veins located around or inside the anus.

Various traditional methods for treating piles/hemorrhoids, such as cutting, using creams, and taking pills, offer temporary relief but fail to provide a lasting solution or long-term treatment. While they may reduce pain, they don’t offer a permanent resolution.

Doesn’t it sound perplexing? I’ve experienced this dilemma myself, and the alarming aspect is that having hemorrhoids for an extended period can potentially lead to colon cancer.

So, how do you treat piles/hemorrhoids to get rid of them permanently?

1. Drink plenty of water: Studies show that an average person loses 2.0 to 2.5 liters of water daily. Regardless of staying in air-conditioned spaces or not, the body loses water through speaking, breathing, and sweating.

Dehydration leads to the colon absorbing water from stools, resulting in dry and painful stools. Drinking ample water prevents dehydration, enabling the colon to avoid excessive water absorption from stools.

2. Take Gingko and Ginseng powder Coffee: These plants contain anti-inflammatory flavonoids like Quercetin and Kaempferol, effective in reducing vein swelling.

They can also dissolve blood clots within swollen veins and improve bowel movements, aiding regularity and preventing hard stools.

3. Consume high-fiber foods: Foods rich in fiber promote bowel movements, ease digestion, and prevent constipation.

4. Consistently prioritize step one: Since our body comprises around 70% water, maintaining proper hydration can be challenging for many due to time constraints, especially for workers. Regularly drinking more than 2L of water daily is crucial to prevent dehydration, even amidst a busy schedule.

These steps differ from other methods by addressing the root cause rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
