  1. Accept to change your lifestyle, learn to drink more water than in the past, at least 8 glasses of water per day.
  2. Drink Instant Coffee Mixture With Ginkgo and Ginseng powder coffee, at least twice per day.
  3. Make sure to dissolve one Instant Coffee Mixture With Ginkgo and Ginseng sachet in 200ml of warm water only, don’t use more than 200ml of warm water.
  4. Make sure to dissolve one sachet per cup, one sachet for one cup.
  5. Don’t overheat the water, just warm it and dissolve the sachet in warm water for suitable to drink.
  6. Do it daily!
