The upscale Luxury Hill residence of former Namcor managing director Imms Mulunga is now on sale for N$6 million, according to an advertisement making rounds on social media. The property features three bedrooms, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, three garages, and three separate backyard flats.
Mulunga, who has recently been arrested on allegations tied to the Namcor–Enercon corruption scandal, is currently seeking bail. At his recent court appearance, he informed the magistrate that he is unemployed and initially proposed a bail amount of N$10,000 before requesting to be released on a warning instead.

Known for his prominent ownership of a luxury Audi and a distinctive oil company number plate, Mulunga’s arrest has brought an end to his previously comfortable lifestyle. Reports also indicate that one of his houses was burglarized shortly after his arrest, adding to the difficulties he now faces.
