Importance of Dynapharm Spirulina in your body

Importance of Dynapharm Spirulina

I have come across questions like, why Spirulina is one of the most recommended supplements in Dynapharm.

Before I can share with you the importance of Dynapharm Spirulina if you didn’t read one of the articles I wrote about “The best four supplements in Dynapharm that you can take for any sicknesses you are suffering and they can work for you. Please check it out.

Spirulina supplement is one of the supplements that contain most of the nutrients and minerals your body needs and it’s known for being rich in protein.

Our bodies need more different nutrients to build strong immunity, so that our bodies may be able to fight any diseases.

To get all these nutrients and minerals required in our bodies, we have to look for them in different foods, which will even cost us more money because you have to buy different foods that contain different nutrients and minerals.

For example, you need to buy meat because you need protein, you need to buy vegetables because you need vitamin C, you need to buy tomatoes because you need vitamin K, and the list goes on.

But do you need to buy all of these foods if you have Spirulina with you? Of course not!

Spirulina contains most of all nutrients in one container, which means you can take all nutrients in your body in just a single meal, and that’s what your body needs.

At the beginning of the article, I said that Spirulina is known for being rich in Protein.

Let us look at its protein content: These supplements contain 60 to 70% protein found in Spirulina, 30% protein found in Soybeans, 18 – 22% protein found in Beef, 12-16% protein found in Eggs, and 3% protein found in milk.

With the protein content listed above, someone who uses spirulina doesn’t need to eat meat, that’s why it is the best supplement for vegetarians.

On Top of that, it contains vitamins A, Vitamin B1, B5, B6, Vitamin C, E, and many more.

Its chlorophyll is 10 times richer than vegetables, remember that chlorophyll is more similar to a red blood cell, which means more chlorophyll in our body can lead to more blood production in our bodies.

It also contains Iron which is 58 times richer than Spinach and 28 times richer than raw beef liver. Iron is a mineral that the body needs for growth and development.

Bodies use iron to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles. Your body also needs iron in producing hormones.
