Windhoek, Namibia – In a shocking incident that unfolded early this morning, a 40-year-old man identified as David Isai Valungameka lost his life after taking his own life with a gunshot to the mouth following a heated altercation with his 33-year-old girlfriend in Okuryangava, Windhoek.
According to eyewitnesses and preliminary reports from local law enforcement, the tragic incident occurred after a heated quarrel between the couple escalated to violence. David Isai Valungameka allegedly shot his girlfriend in the head during the argument, leaving her in a critical condition.
The wounded woman, whose identity is being withheld at this time, was promptly rushed to a nearby hospital, where she is currently receiving urgent medical attention. Her condition is described as serious, and medical professionals are working diligently to stabilize her.
Moments after shooting his girlfriend, David Isai Valungameka turned the weapon on himself, resulting in his untimely death. Law enforcement authorities have launched a thorough investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragedy.
