Dr. Ngurare emphasized the importance of uniting all levels of leadership to fast-track development, saying, “Traditional authorities play a vital role in community mobilization and grassroots development. Working together, we can transform the socio-economic landscape of this region.”

He was accompanied by Minister of Gender Equality and Child Welfare, Dr. Emma Kantema, and Kavango East Governor, Hon. Julius Hambyuka. The officials explored collaborative strategies to uplift the region, which has long faced developmental delays due to limited infrastructure and resources.
