
Nigerian boxer Segun “Success” Olanrewaju has sadly passed away after collapsing during a fight in Ghana on Saturday. The fight took place at the Bukom Boxing Arena during Fight Night 15 of the Ghana Professional Boxing League. His opponent was Jon Mbanugu, a Ghanaian boxer.
Olanrewaju, who was a national and West African champion, was leading the fight on points when he suddenly lost consciousness. Medical staff at the venue rushed to help him, but unfortunately, they could not save him. He was 40 years old.
