Prime Minister Dr. Ngurare has publicly expressed appreciation for the dedication and hard work of Namibia’s Ministers and Deputy Ministers, highlighting their efforts in ensuring effective service delivery across the country.

In a message shared on Friday, Dr. Ngurare praised the Cabinet members for their availability and commitment, noting that they often respond to urgent matters even during unconventional hours.

“This is an appreciation post to Ministers and Deputy Ministers,” he stated. “As someone who coordinates activities under the leadership of Her Excellency the President, I can confirm that our Ministers and Deputy Ministers are working tirelessly, often beyond the call of duty. Behind the scenes, many solutions are being implemented daily to advance service delivery.”

He further noted that the three-month performance report of the 8th Administration reflects the dedication of the leadership team, emphasizing that their collective efforts are aligned with the mandate of SWAPO and the President.

“I am proud of the work our Ministers are doing. Their impact is visible and their commitment to serve all 14 regions and 121 constituencies is commendable,” Dr. Ngurare added, encouraging them to continue with the same spirit.

Ngurare’s message has been well received, with many observers noting that his humility and appreciation for teamwork reflect the type of leadership admired by the Namibian people.
