
According to Oshikoto police spokespersons, an unknown suspect forcefully gained access to the office by smashing a window with an unidentified object. The suspect then reportedly ignited a fire using a highly flammable substance, which caused significant damage inside the premises.
In a disturbing escalation, the suspect is also alleged to have poured acid on a vehicle parked behind the building. The acid severely corroded the car’s roof, bonnet, and bumper.
Preliminary reports indicate that several valuable items were destroyed in the fire, including a copy machine, printer, chairs, a couch, office desk, electrical cables, and important documents. The total value of the damages has not yet been determined.
No arrests have been made so far, and police investigations are ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone with information that could assist in identifying the suspect to come forward.
The motive behind the attack remains unknown at this stage.
