Oshakati, Oshana Region – The Second Chance Foundation, known as Secondchancefoundationnam, has provided a sponsorship of N$2,500 to Cross-Calvary Niilenge, an ex-convict and local barbershop owner. The sponsorship, aimed at helping Niilenge revamp his business, was presented on Saturday during a small ceremony in Oshakati.
