The PM of Namibia involved in a car accident

The Prime Minister of Namibia

The Prime Minister of Namibia, Saara Kuugongwela-Amadhila, survived a road accident involving three vehicles on the B1 road outside Otjiwarongo on Sunday afternoon.

The incident occurred approximately 15 kilometers south of Otjiwarongo, and the Prime Minister’s official luxury black Toyota Land Cruiser reportedly rolled twice before coming to a halt, approximately 170 meters from where a side-swipe collision had occurred

Namibian Police Force’s Otjozondjupa Regional Commander, Commissioner Heinrich Tjiveze, confirmed the collision in an interview with Nampa at the accident scene.

Two police officers who arrived on the scene earlier informed Nampa that the Prime Minister was taken to Windhoek in a stable condition.

The incident has left the citizens of Namibia in shock, and messages of concern and well-wishes have been pouring in for the Prime Minister.

The cause of the accident is still unclear, and investigations are underway to determine the exact sequence of events leading up to the collision.

As investigations into the incident continue, the people of Namibia will be eagerly waiting for updates on the Prime Minister’s condition and the cause of the accident.
