
Namibia’s gospel community is gearing up for a powerful night of worship and unity as the Restoration Concert is set to take place on 22 November 2025 at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek. The highly anticipated event will feature performances from leading gospel artists, including Namibia’s own Queen of Gospel, Sovita Joshua, and the internationally acclaimed Nigerian gospel icon Sinach.
The Restoration Concert is expected to draw thousands of worshippers from across the country and beyond, offering a spirit-filled atmosphere of praise, fellowship, and inspiration. Sovita Joshua, celebrated for her powerful voice and uplifting message, is expected to deliver a performance that resonates deeply with the audience.
Adding international excitement to the line-up is Sinach, one of the most influential gospel musicians of this generation. Born Osinachi Kalu Okoro Egbu in Ebonyi State, Nigeria, Sinach is a multi-award-winning singer, songwriter, and worship leader whose songs have touched millions of lives globally.
She rose to international fame with her song “Way Maker”, a worship anthem that has been sung in multiple languages and covered by artists around the world. The song not only topped global gospel charts but also made history as one of the first African gospel songs to surpass hundreds of millions of views on YouTube.
Throughout her career, Sinach has written and performed hundreds of songs including “I Know Who I Am,” “The Name of Jesus,” and “Great Are You Lord.” Her music has earned her international recognition, making her the first African artist to top the Billboard Christian Songwriter Chart.
Beyond her music, Sinach is a respected minister and mentor who has inspired many through her faith and dedication to spreading the gospel.
