A man who appears to be mentally unstable was discovered today near the river at Mazwa village in the Kavango West Region, prompting police to seek the public’s assistance in identifying him.
Chief Inspector Raimbert Muronga said the man has refused to share his personal details or where he comes from, making it difficult for officers to trace his family.
“He only identified himself as Kaboy and mentioned that he could be from either Sauyemwa in Rundu or Otjiwarongo,” Muronga explained.
Despite police efforts, his true identity remains unknown. Authorities are urging anyone who might recognize him or know his relatives to come forward with information.
Anyone able to assist is asked to contact Chief Inspector Raimbert Muronga at 081 262 7270 or report to the nearest police station.
