Green Light for Bafana Bafana Squad’s Trip to Mexico Ahead of World Cup Preparations
Bafana Bafana’s travel complications appear to be nearing resolution after earlier visa-related issues, which were attributed to an administrative error reported earlier today. The team is scheduled to travel to Mexico, where they will set up camp in preparation for the upcoming World Cup.
All players in the squad have successfully secured their U.S. visas and are cleared to travel.
However, a small number of backroom staff members, including an assistant coach, the team doctor, the head of security, and an analyst, are still awaiting final visa approval.
Despite this, the squad is expected to depart on a chartered flight tomorrow as planned.
