Namibia Sports Leaders Review Awards Rules Ahead of 2026 NASA Ceremony in Windhoek

A stakeholder engagement session held in Windhoek has brought together key figures in Namibian sport under the leadership of the Namibia Sports Commission to deliberate on proposed updates to the Namibia Annual Sport Awards rulebook.

The consultation focused on reviewing and refining the regulations and selection criteria that guide the Namibia Annual Sport Awards (NASA), with the aim of strengthening transparency, fairness, and the overall integrity of the awards system that recognises sporting excellence across the country.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Windhoek in November. In previous editions, the event was hosted in Ongwediva last year, following the 2024 ceremony held in the capital city.
