Shidolo and Msebe Continue Impressive Scoring Form as Scottland Midfielders Shine
Moses Shidolo and Mthokozisi Msebe are making a growing impact in front of goal for Scottland FC, with the midfielders finding the net in each of the club’s last two cup victories.
Shidolo has been particularly influential this season, with his latest goal taking his tally to five goals and four assists. His nine goal contributions are a notable return for a player operating from a defensive midfield position.
The midfielder produced another long-range effort against FC Platinum, receiving the ball from Msebe before finding enough space to unleash a powerful strike from outside the box.
Msebe also continued his scoring contribution in the same match, heading home Scottland’s second goal as they secured a 3-1 victory.
Their current form follows another productive outing in Scottland’s previous cup match against FC Oden. Shidolo opened the scoring with a free-kick from outside the penalty area, while Msebe also got on the scoresheet during the 3-0 win.
Scottland are currently leading the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League standings with 53 points from 25 matches.
