Learners Visit Parliament, Observe Junior National Council
Parliament hosted educational visits from learners and staff of Dr. Romanus Kampungu Secondary School, Olupaka Combined School and Omafo Private Primary School.
The visits provided learners with an opportunity to learn about the functions of Parliament, the legislative process and the role of Members of Parliament in representing the interests of the people.

The learners were also introduced to the principles of democratic governance, civic participation and responsible citizenship.
As part of the visit, they observed proceedings of the Fourth Junior National Council, which is currently in session, giving them first-hand exposure to parliamentary proceedings and youth participation in democratic processes.
