Godfrey Ngaisiue has stepped down from his position as a board member of the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor), less than 13 months after his appointment. While the exact reasons behind Ngaisiue’s departure have not been publicly disclosed, it follows growing speculation about possible changes at the top. Recent media reports have indicated that Minister of Mines and Energy, Natangwe Ithete, is allegedly considering the dismissal of the entire Namcor board.
