Four Dead, 18 Injured in Okahandja–Otjiwarongo Road Crash
Four people have died and 18 others were injured in a collision on the Okahandja Otjiwarongo road, about 120 kilometres from Otjiwarongo, early this morning.
According to initial police information, a 16‑seater bus belonging to Holms Construction, travelling from Windhoek with 15 occupants, was involved in the crash.

One passenger died, while 14 others sustained injuries. A small bakkie travelling from Otjiwarongo was also caught in the collision.
The driver and two passengers died at the scene, while four others were injured.

Police said investigations into the circumstances of the accident are ongoing, and an official statement will be released once details are confirmed.
