For customers still experiencing issues, MultiChoice Namibia has provided a step-by-step guide to reconnect their GOtv service:
1. Press the “Menu” button on your GOtv remote.
2. Go to “Advanced Options.”
3. Select “Installation.”
4. Choose “Reset.”
5. Press “OK” to confirm.
6. After the decoder restarts, press “OK” under “first-time installation.”
7. Select “English” as the language.
8. Choose “Namibia” as the country.
9. Turn on “Antenna Power” and press “OK” to confirm.
