15-Year-Old Accused of Killing 60-Year-Old Woman in Omusati
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested following the alleged murder and robbery of a 60-year-old woman at Onheleiwa Village in the Etayi Constituency, Omusati Region.
The incident reportedly took place on Friday at around 19:30. Police allege that the teenager entered the woman’s house and struck her on the back of the head with an unknown object, inflicting injuries that proved fatal.
The suspect allegedly took the victim’s cellphone and SIM card before leaving the scene. Police have since recovered the stolen property.
Investigations into the case are ongoing.
