32-Year-Old Man Dies in Suspected Suicide at Sizongoro Village Following Argument with Girlfriend

Authorities in the Kavango West Region have launched an investigation following the tragic drowning of a 32-year-old man at Sizongoro village on Thursday.
According to preliminary police reports, the incident is believed to have occurred after the deceased was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. It is alleged that shortly thereafter, he proceeded to the nearby Kavango River, where he entered the water and drowned.
A note believed to have been written by the deceased was discovered at the scene, further indicating that the incident may have been an act of suicide.
The man has been identified as Vilho Levi Muronga. His next of kin have been formally notified of the incident. However, by the time of reporting, search efforts were still ongoing, as the body had not yet been recovered from the river.
Police investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
