CENoRED Engineer Arrested Over Alleged rape a 15-Year-Old Learner

A 43-year-old engineer employed by the Central North Regional Electricity Distributor (CENoRED) is expected to appear in the Otjiwarongo Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday following his arrest over an alleged rape a 15-year-old Grade 8 learner.
The senior employee was arrested in Otjiwarongo on Sunday in connection with the incident involving the learner from Karundu Junior Secondary School.
