Man Dies After Fatal Stabbing in Outapi

A 44-year-old man lost his life after he was allegedly stabbed during an incident at Etalaleko location in Iipandahangano Village in the Outapi Constituency on Friday evening.

According to police reports, the incident occurred at approximately 20h30 when a 26-year-old man allegedly stabbed the victim in the chest with an Okapi knife. The victim sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.

The suspect was arrested shortly after the incident and is currently being held in police custody.

Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the fatal stabbing.
