Naomi Fisch Remains in Custody After Bail Denial
Naomi Fisch will remain in custody after the Rehoboth Magistrate’s Court denied her bail following her first appearance today.
Fisch remains detained at Rehoboth Police Station, while her case has been postponed to 26 November 2026 for further investigations.
She was arrested on 5 September 2026 during an undercover police operation in Block F, Rehoboth. Police allegedly recovered 15 units of suspected crack cocaine and N$5,100 in cash.
Fisch faces charges including dealing in a dangerous dependence-producing substance, defeating the course of justice and money laundering-related offences under POCA. The State opposed bail, citing concerns over possible interference with witnesses and investigations and the risk of further offences.
