Okahao Man Seriously Injured in Dispute Over N$10

Authorities in Okahao are investigating an attempted murder case after a 24-year-old man was violently attacked on Friday evening.

The incident took place at Omakeendali Location around 19:30, when a disagreement over a sum of N$10 escalated into physical violence. According to reports, the suspect struck the victim on the head with a stick.

The victim sustained serious head injuries and was initially admitted to Okahao District Hospital. Due to the severity of his condition, he was later transferred to Oshakati Intermediate State Hospital for further medical attention, where he remains under care.

Police have yet to make any arrests, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
