Oshali Fuel Centre Owner Added as 15th Accused in Namcor Case

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has confirmed the arrest of Semeon Nangolo Handjene, owner of Oshali Fuel Centre CC, in connection with the ongoing Namcor corruption matter.
According to the ACC, Handjene has now been charged as the 15th accused in the case. He made his first court appearance where he pleaded not guilty under the Criminal Procedure Act of 1977.
The court granted him bail of N$50,000, while the matter was postponed to 28 October 2026 for further legal proceedings.
The charges brought against him include alleged contravention of the Anti-Corruption Act, money laundering under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, and theft.
The ACC says it remains committed to fighting corruption and ensuring accountability through lawful investigations and prosecution of offenders.
