Police Arrest 21-Year-Old Suspect Over Murder of 22-Year-Old Man in Tondoro Constituency

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 22-year-old man at Desi Village in the Tondoro Constituency of the Kavango West Region.

According to Namibian Police spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, the incident occurred at approximately 01:00 on Friday, 17 July, when the victim was allegedly stabbed with an okapi knife. He was rushed to Nankundu State Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.

Police said the motive for the fatal attack has not yet been established. The suspect remains in police custody as investigations into the incident continue.
