Woman fatally stabbed in front of mother, boyfriend arrested

A 40-year-old woman from Onawa village in the Okaku Constituency of the Oshana Region was fatally stabbed on Sunday evening in full view of her mother.

The victim, identified as Katrina Amakali, died on the scene after she was allegedly stabbed multiple times with a knife.

According to the police, the suspect is the woman’s 50-year-old boyfriend, who was arrested shortly after the incident. Authorities say the attack occurred while the deceased was with her biological mother.

Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
