Nick Vujicic Set to Inspire Thousands at Free Gospel Event in Windhoek

A major faith-based gathering is set to take place in Windhoek next month, bringing together thousands of Namibians for an evening focused on spiritual renewal, encouragement, and purpose-driven living.
The Alliance of Christian Churches in Namibia has announced a large-scale event titled Next Generation of Champions Arise, which will feature internationally renowned motivational speaker and evangelist Nick Vujicic. The visit forms part of his broader Africa tour under NickV Ministries, aimed at inspiring communities across the continent.
Born without arms and legs due to a rare condition known as tetra-amelia syndrome, Vujicic has become one of the world’s most influential inspirational figures. Despite early life challenges, he has travelled globally sharing messages of hope, faith, and perseverance, reaching millions through public speaking, books, and ministry work.

Organisers say the event is designed to uplift and empower individuals particularly young people by promoting values of faith, resilience, and courage in today’s challenging world. The message centers on raising a generation committed to purpose and guided by strong spiritual principles.
The gathering is scheduled for 22 May 2026 at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek, with proceedings expected to run from 17:00 until 21:00. In addition to the keynote address, attendees will be treated to live performances by local gospel artists, creating an atmosphere of worship and celebration.
Entrance to the event is free, and members of the public from all backgrounds are encouraged to attend. Organisers anticipate a significant turnout as excitement builds around the visit of one of the world’s most recognised inspirational figures.
