Sierra Leone Swears In Five New Government Officials
President Julius Maada Bio has presided over the swearing-in ceremony of five newly appointed members of the Sierra Leonean Government.
The new officials are Mr Karefa A. Kargbo, Minister of Finance; Mr Umaru N. Koroma, Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Security; Mrs Jeneba J. Bangura, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Dr Steven A. Jusu, Deputy Minister of Energy II; and Mr Foday Mousa Fofanah, Deputy Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources.
President Bio congratulated the new appointees and urged them to serve with diligence, dedication and a strong commitment to delivering on the Government’s promises to the people of Sierra Leone.
He encouraged them to uphold the responsibilities entrusted to them and contribute meaningfully to the country’s development.
