Official: Triangle FC Complete Deal for Namibian Striker Sadney Urikhob
Former Dynamos coach Genesis Mangombe has been reunited with Namibian forward Sadney Urikhob after Triangle FC secured the striker’s signature during the mid-season transfer window.
Urikhob joins the Zimbabwean Premier Soccer League side from Central Region Soccer League outfit Kwekwe United as Triangle FC continue to strengthen their squad for the second half of the campaign.
Triangle currently sit bottom of the 18-team Premier Soccer League table with 11 points from 21 matches and are looking to bolster their attack as they battle to avoid relegation. The club heads into the transfer after suffering a 1-0 home defeat to Herentals in their most recent league outing.
The move also marks a reunion between Urikhob and Mangombe, who previously worked together at Dynamos.
Triangle will be hoping the Namibian striker’s arrival provides the goals needed to improve their fortunes during the remainder of the season.
