NEFF Raises Key National Issues During Meeting with President Nandi-Ndaitwah

The leadership of the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) met with President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah as part of a consultative engagement aimed at strengthening dialogue between government and political parties on matters affecting the country.
The purpose of the meeting was to provide a platform for the party to present its views on national issues and contribute ideas that could assist government in addressing socio-economic challenges facing Namibians.
During the discussions, the NEFF delegation raised several concerns and proposals relating to important sectors of the economy. Among the issues highlighted was the state of the health sector, where the party stressed the need to improve healthcare services and ensure better access to medical facilities for communities across the country.
Agriculture was also a key topic during the engagement. The party emphasised the importance of supporting farmers, improving food production and strengthening agricultural activities to help boost the economy and enhance food security.
The delegation further raised concerns about the country’s energy supply and called for practical strategies that could help ensure reliable and sustainable electricity for both households and businesses.
Climate change was another issue discussed, with the party pointing out the impact environmental changes have on agriculture, communities and natural resources. They encouraged the development of policies and initiatives that can help the country adapt to these challenges.
Through the meeting, the NEFF leadership shared its perspectives on the challenges affecting these sectors and presented ideas they believe could contribute to national development and improve the lives of Namibians.
