A Man Found Dead in Suspected Suicide at Shimpanda Village
A man was found dead in his home at Shimpanda village on Tuesday in what authorities suspect to be a case of suicide.
The deceased has been identified as 46-year-old Likuwa Bonifatius Shashova. His body was discovered by family members who had returned from the farm and noticed that the cattle were still in the kraal, raising concerns about his whereabouts.
A search was conducted, leading to the tragic discovery of Shashova’s body in his room. No suicide note was found, and there were no indications of foul play, according to the police.
His next of kin have been informed, and his body has been transported to the Rundu State Hospital mortuary. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death are ongoing.
