A Woman Arrested for Husband’s Murder in Rundu

Rundu – A 39-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the death of her husband, Petrus Cloete (40), in what authorities describe as a violent domestic incident.

According to Deputy Commissioner Bonifatius Kanyetu, the incident occurred on Thursday when the suspect allegedly struck Cloete with a mop stick, causing severe injuries. In a further alleged act of violence, she reportedly electrocuted him with an electrical cable on his back.
Cloete was rushed to Rundu State Hospital for medical attention but succumbed to his injuries later that day.
