According to police reports, a security officer working for a company that is building beach facilities discovered the body around 05h00 on Monday while on his routine patrol. The woman was found lying next to an electric power box.

She was dressed in blue denim shorts, a white top, and sandals. No identification documents or cellphone were found at the scene.

Police noted that the deceased has a tattoo on her left arm with the name “De Bruyne,” which could help in identifying her.
