Prisca Anyolo Appointed Public Relations Officer for NBC and Miss Namibia Organisation

The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) and the Miss Namibia Organisation have announced the appointment of Miss Namibia 2024, Prisca Anyolo, as their new official Public Relations Officer.
Anyolo brings a strong background in journalism, media, communication, and public engagement. She holds an Honours Degree in Journalism and Media Technology from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Media Technology from the Pearson Institute of Higher Education in South Africa. She has also been accepted to further her studies at NUST at Master’s Degree level.
Since being crowned Miss Namibia 2024, Anyolo has actively used her platform to drive positive change through her Crowning Gardens advocacy initiative, which attracted partnerships and sponsorships aimed at supporting sustainable community development projects.
Beyond her media and advocacy work, Anyolo is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Elysian Beauty Parlour, a beauty business offering a range of professional beauty services.
Her experience in journalism, public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and community advocacy is expected to strengthen the communication efforts, public presence, and outreach initiatives of both NBC and the Miss Namibia Organisation.
The appointment represents a new step in enhancing the visibility and impact of the two institutions as they continue to connect with audiences across Namibia.
