Petrus Ndumba Kashumali, Mashare Independent Candidate promise Service Delivery Inspired by Paulus Mbangu’s Leadership

Mashare Constituency independent candidate, Petrus Ndumba Kashumali, has pledged to replicate the level of commitment and service delivery demonstrated by Paulus Nginga Mbangu in Rundu Rural Constituency. Kashumali made the remarks during a joint campaign rally held at Mayana village, where more than 200 supporters gathered in support of the two candidates.
Kashumali previously worked under Mbangu as a Constituency Development Committee (CDC) member in Rundu Rural, a role he says allowed him to learn directly from Mbangu’s leadership approach. He stated that having witnessed Mbangu’s achievements and dedication, he is confident he can deliver the same level of service in Mashare if elected.
During his address, Kashumali revealed that his visits to several villages in Mashare have shown serious challenges, including residents relying on unsafe water sources. He emphasized that a true leader must listen to the community and respond to their concerns, highlighting Mbangu’s hands-on style of personally visiting affected areas and assisting where possible.
Mbangu, who also addressed the rally, openly endorsed Petrus Ndumba Kashumali as the most suitable candidate to lead Mashare Constituency, praising his experience and commitment to community development.
