17 Local Players in Brave Warriors’ Squad as Namibia Eyes FIFA Series Debut

The Brave Warriors have officially begun preparations for the FIFA Series tournament in Kazakhstan, holding their first training session on Monday morning at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.
Namibia will make its debut appearance in the FIFA Series, a biennial invitational tournament that brings together national teams from different confederations for international friendly matches.
The national team called up a 25-player squad, including 17 locally based players who reported for the opening session. However, midfielder Moses Shidolo will miss the tournament, as his club, Scotland FC in Zimbabwe, did not release him for national duty. The final squad list is expected to be confirmed on Thursday.
Namibia is scheduled to play their first match against Kuwait on Wednesday, 25 March, marking the start of their campaign in the tournament.
