African Stars FC Recognise Standout Performers at End-of-Season Awards

African Stars FC have rounded off their 2025/2026 season in fitting fashion, celebrating a campaign defined by dominance, consistency, and individual brilliance at their end-of-season awards ceremony.
The biggest achievement of the year came long before the awards night itself, as the club crowned yet another Namibia Premier Football League title, their fourth in a row. That remarkable run of success strengthens their status as the country’s benchmark side and secures them a place in next season’s CAF Champions League, where they will once again represent Namibia on the continental stage.
On a night filled with recognition and emotion, the spotlight also fell on the players who powered the season on the pitch.
Club captain and veteran midfielder Ronald “Stigga” Ketjijere led from the center throughout the campaign and was deservedly named Footballer of the Season, adding another major honour to his long and respected career at the club.
There was also special recognition for Awillo Stephanus, who made the winners’ list despite spending part of the season in Saudi Arabia with Hetten FC.
