PSL Club Reportedly Eyes NPFL Top Scorer Muyeka Mashiku

Namibia Premier Football League (NPFL) top scorer Muyeka Mashiku is reportedly attracting interest from outside the country following an outstanding debut season in the top flight with Mighty Gunners FC.
According to reports, a South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) club has expressed interest in the 25-year-old striker, with initial contact already believed to have been made regarding a potential move.
Mashiku has also drawn attention from Zimbabwe, where a Premier League club reportedly made contact a few weeks ago as they explored the possibility of securing his services.

The prolific forward has enjoyed a remarkable campaign after making the step up from Namibia’s second division. In his first season in the NPFL, Mashiku finished as the league’s leading goalscorer with 18 goals and seven assists in 30 appearances.
His impact extended beyond league competition. In the Standard Bank Top 8 Cup, Mashiku scored once in three matches, with his crucial goal helping his side secure a place in the semi-finals. The team would later go on to lift the trophy, adding another highlight to an already impressive season.
With his goalscoring exploits and consistent performances attracting interest from clubs in the region, Mashiku’s future is likely to be one of the major talking points during the upcoming transfer window. However, no official offer or agreement has been confirmed at this stage.
