UNAM FC Invite Monaco FC Midfielder Mbambero Anton Colleny for Immediate Trial
Namibia Premier Football League side UNAM FC have officially invited 21-year-old midfielder Mbambero Anton Colleny of Monaco FC for an immediate trial as the club continues to strengthen its squad.
The Windhoek-based club has reportedly sent an official letter to Monaco FC chairman Mr. Manellow Gerhard, requesting the release of the player to attend assessment with the capital-based outfit. Head coach Robert Nauseb has personally identified Colleny as a key prospect, urging that he joins the team as soon as possible before the conclusion of the current NFA Cup competition.
Colleny, who is currently a student at Kandjimi Murangi Senior Secondary School, has been granted permission by his school to attend the trial. He is expected to travel to Windhoek within the coming days for evaluation by UNAM FC’s technical staff.
The midfielder’s transport costs from Nkurenkuru to Windhoek will be covered by coach Robert Nauseb to facilitate his arrival for the trial.
