Namibia Football Season Set for 3 August Kick-Off as Registration Windows Announced

The 2026/2027 Namibian football season is scheduled to officially get underway on 3 August 2026, with clubs across the country preparing for another competitive campaign that will run until 31 July 2027.
Ahead of the new season, the Namibia football authorities have confirmed the official player registration periods, giving clubs time to strengthen their squads and complete necessary transfers.
The first registration window will open on 3 August 2026 and close on 9 October 2026, allowing teams to register new signings and finalize their squads at the beginning of the season.
A second opportunity for player movements will be available during the mid-season registration window, which will run from 9 February 2027 until 6 March 2027.
Clubs are expected to use these periods strategically as they prepare for league competitions across Namibia’s football structures.
