The event, themed “A New Era of Trade for Women Micro-Entrepreneurs,” will take place from 17 to 18 December 2025 at the Matumbo Ribebe Recreation Center.
The seminar will bring together key stakeholders and women entrepreneurs from across the region to discuss strategies for mobilizing resources, accessing finance, and enhancing the marketing of their products through value addition and market linkages.
Among the notable attendees is Hon. Hamunyera Hambyuka, Governor of Kavango East Region, who will deliver keynote remarks highlighting regional initiatives to support women-owned businesses. Anastasia Shiviya, Deputy Director of the Community Empowerment Programme, will provide insights into the objectives of the newly established WBA platform.
