Orlando Pirates moved to the top of the Betway Premiership table with 7 points after producing a strong second-half display to beat Chippa United 3-0 at Kings Park Stadium on Sunday.
The defending champions were level at 0-0 at half-time but came alive after the break, scoring three goals to secure their second league victory of the season.
Ghampani Lungu broke the deadlock in the 61st minute with a powerful finish to give Pirates the lead.
Three minutes later, Lebone Seema doubled the advantage, heading home from a corner to make it 2-0.
Pirates completed the victory in the 88th minute through Daniel Msendami, who found the net to seal a comfortable 3-0 win.
The result takes Orlando Pirates to seven points from three matches, with two wins, one draw and no defeats. The Buccaneers also strengthened their goal difference with the three-goal victory.
